ISMAN & Partner · Masterclass
Negotiating under pressure, through change and where the stakes are highest
The masterclass
The most challenging negotiations leaders face are often not with clients. They happen within their own organisations: with works councils, executive committees, shareholders and their own teams. This seminar focuses on exactly these negotiations – across multiple fronts, under pressure, with a mandate and relationships that must continue.
Who it is for
For executives, managers, project leaders and anyone responsible for teams, business units or strategic initiatives who negotiates internally and externally – particularly with works councils, executive committees and shareholders during transformation, restructuring or growth.
What you will learn
Analyse interests and stakeholders, define your mandate and room to manoeuvre, and build a strategy with clear fallback positions.
Navigate multiple internal and external negotiation fronts without losing strategic focus.
Negotiate confidently with works councils, executive committees and shareholders where relationships must continue.
